Descrição:
Requisitos: • Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent; • Experience in product development, mainly in automotive industry related to castings and metallic structures; • Previous knowledge in systems like: structural components, suspension anchorages, engine suspension, battery box, plastic tanks, fuel system, exhaust systems, etc; • Manufacturing processes (stamping, casting, machining, extrusion), material Properties and joints knowledge; • 3D CAD knowledge, preferable software PTC/CREO; • Application of Quality tools (Risk analysis, DFMEA, Root Cause Analysis, etc.); • Fluent in English (Written & Verbal). Atividades: • Be responsible and lead the development of MUC Base structure; • Provide technical solutions and design work that fulfills the business targets and requirements; • Release documentation (3D models, drawings, technical regulations, technical descriptions, product structure); • Develop and share technical competence with other development sites; • Develop validation plans and project timing plans; • Support and lead Design Reviews, participate in risk analysis, root cause investigations and DFMEA; • To play a key role in a cross-functional network; • Secure a continuous optimization of product quality and cost; • Make use of and apply Agile methodology.
