At Alight we help our customers to successfully drive & execute Human Capital technology transformation initiatives. As Program / Project teams we work primarily within the scope of Payroll Outsourcing Services. We engage at the very beginning to deploy the technical & functional solution required to transition from customer current state (HR information system, employee payroll data & requirements, interfaces, etc. towards readiness to start the outsourcing service, Go-live . As a Service Transition Consultant, you will be a key member of the project team and will be tasked to ensure customer and project stakeholders are aligned in terms of processes required to successfully transition towards the upcoming payroll outsourcing (managed payroll services). What is expected from this role : Thoroughly understand services in scope (as per the contract) and be able to guide project stakeholders and customer through the transition (implementation) Lead workshops to ensure customer understands scope of services to be provided in the upcoming outsourcing (knowledge transfer). Lead & coordinate testing activities (employee payroll simulations, system integration, scenarios testing) Supported by technical / operational roles. Lead & coordinate customer trainings related to operational readiness (process walkthrough, service-levels, etc.) Coordinate the implementation of service delivery tools (employee ticketing system, call center, etc.) Plan and coordinate the engagement of Operational roles during the transition (implementation) to ensure full alignment before outsourcing begins. To successfully perform in this role you will supported by Project Managers, Operational & Technical consultants. Experience & Skills : You are process oriented, and have the ability to lead and coordinate within a program / project landscape. Previous experience in HR and / or Payroll operations / project environment is preferred English (written / oral) is a must (assuming your native language is Spanish and / or Portuguese) Great communication skills (towards colleagues, stakeholders and customers) If you believe you are a good fit and are interested, please reach out, send your CV and we ll talk.
